I'd like to visit your shop, how can I find you?
Our bricks + mortar shop is on Bedale High Street in North Yorkshire. The full address is 23 North End, Bedale, North Yorkshire DL8 1AF. We're open 10am - 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

How and where are your products made?
All of our own brand Plewsy products are illustrated by Fiona in Yorkshire, using a mixture of illustrative techniques. Sometimes watercolour & inks or sometimes digitally using procreate. All of our own brand Plewsy products are made in the UK, our relationships with our suppliers are so important so that we know our products are luxurious and the best the can absolutely be. Our paper products are printed onto FSC accredited stocks, all envelopes are eco friendly too.

We stock a small range of other brands on our website and in store. The products from these brands are mostly made in the UK, but some are manufactured worldwide. We intentionally choose and source ethically produced goods. 

The product I would like to buy is out of stock, what should I do?
Please get in touch on email orders@plewsy.com and let us know what you would like, we can then notify you of a date we are expecting the item to return back into stock.

How long do you take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch your orders from our studio within 3-5 working days. We will do our upmost to get them on their way quicker than this if we are able to.

Do you offer a wholesale service?
Yes! If you are a retailer interested in stocking our own brand Plewsy products, please get in touch. Email us on orders@plewsy.com and we can set you up a login on our wholesale website. We also sell via Faire.
