Our standard terms and conditions outline the basis of the agreement that you enter into with us, when placing an order for goods.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK ORDERS - We ship using Royal Mail. Please see below for our staggered shipping costs.

Orders under £12.00 - Shipping is £2.50

Orders over £12.00 - Shipping is £4.00

Orders over £60 - FREE SHIPPING

We aim to ship within 2-3 days of you placing an order. Busy periods can result in a delay, examples being Christmas, Mother's Day & Father's Day, new product launches, black friday weekend.

We use Royal Mail to ship in the UK and aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail state that they deliver within 2-5 working days but are currently taking around 10 days. We can’t control the mail as much as we want to, so if, after dispatch, you haven't received your delivery within the time scales quoted, give us a few more days then drop us a line. Please note if Royal Mail state the order has been delivered or left with a neighbour, we will work with you to help locate the parcel but we cannot provide a refund or replacement. 

For Europe (this includes Ireland) please allow up to 10 working days.

For other parts of the world, allow up to 15 working days.

Customers in the USA, Canada, and Australia can be tricky and can be known to take slightly longer.

If duty is applicable in your country, this is not our responsibility. 

If you refuse your order because of the customs/duty charge and it is returned to us, we will deduct £10 from your refund to restock and process the goods back into stock.

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class standard unless you choose to upgrade to a tracked service. Shipping is free on all UK orders over £50 (including VAT).

If your order includes PRE ORDER items, the full order will be sent together as soon as the pre ordered items arrive in stock with us.

If you wish for the order to be split and sent separately please notify us by email to orders@plewsy.com and we will invoice you for the additional postage.

It will be your responsibility to pay the cost of the return postage. I strongly urge you to get proof of postage and use a tracked service. We are not liable for items lost in the returns post.
