Shipping policy

Plewsy deliver to the UK, Europe and Internationally. Excluding USA and Canada.

We offer FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £50

Shipping costs:

0 - 100g = UK £2.50 - UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail 

101g + = UK £4.00 - UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail 

Europe £10.95 - European orders are shipped with either Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide and take 3-5 days (Brexit will affect delivery times with some deliveries which is out of our control)

Worldwide (Price varies) - All international orders are shipped using either DHL or Royal Mail tracked. We ship all around the world and the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight and size of your order and the location of the delivery.

NB. If shipping does not come up as an option when you come to checkout please do get in touch with us and we will look to add your country as a shipping location for you so that you can place an order. 

Customs charges:

Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to Brexit and/or customs clearance.

Delivery Times: 

Most of our products and collections are stocked with us and are packed within 24 hrs after ordering (mon-fri) and delivered within 3-5 days when standard shipping is selected. Faster services are available at checkout (express 1-2 day and a next day delivery service)

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and if there are any delays to your order being shipped we will contact you via email to let you know.

Pre-orders:

Please be aware that some products are on pre-order and the expected arrival date is clearly specified at the top of the product description.

If your order contains items on pre-order, we will ship all of your items together once your pre-order items are ready, unless we have agreed to ship as two separate parcels before you place your order with us. You will be notified via email as soon as your pre-order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
