Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment being received, unless otherwise stated.

Returns

We want you to love our products but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us on info@plewsy.com to arrange a refund or replacement. If a refund is required then you must return the goods in their original condition and we will process a refund for you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.

We are an eco friendly company and reuse as much of our stock packaging as possible, this includes plastic bubble wrap as we try to eliminate our single plastic usage. What is inside your parcel is still the luxury quality product we market. Please note that if the delivery address you enter at checkout is incorrect and you do not get in touch with us to rectify the issue, then we will charge the delivery cost again to resend your order to the correct address.
